Training
I work out 4-5 times each week at the private gym at my workplace. I ride my bike to and from work and I usually travel by bike when I’m going anywhere inside the city.
I believe training and eating healthy is a key component to a fulfilling and successful life. I also believe it plays a crucial part in recovering from tinnitus.
My training schedule
Day 1
Biceps / Upper Back
Day 2
Shoulders / Traps
Day 3
Legs / Lower Back / Abdomen
Day 4
Breast / Triceps
Day 5 (Only when I feel like it)
Cardio, usually crosstrainer or a long fastpaced walk.
